Custom hose assemblies with crimped end couplings — any length, any pressure, any gas configuration. Bespoke production is where we started, and it's still what installers know us for.
Custom assembled · end coupling
Determines gas compatibility and chemical resistance. The material must suit CO2, N2, or the specific gas blend running through the line.
The braid or reinforcement layer determines the hose's working pressure and burst pressure. Higher system pressures require a heavier reinforcement grade.
Crimped to match your coupling type. A poorly fitted or poorly crimped coupling is usually the first failure point in an installation — not the hose itself.
By the roll or by length, for your own assembly or resale.
BulkMatched to nitrogen or mixed-gas applications with adapted materials.
N2 / MixExact length and coupling combination to your drawing or sample.
CustomCoupling and crimping service on existing or new hose assemblies.
ServiceCheck the cover for cracks or discolouration, and the coupling for play or corrosion. Replace if in doubt.
State working pressure, gas type, length and desired couplings — that way every reorder matches the last exactly.
It depends on where the hose sits in the installation: pressure is higher right after the cylinder than after a secondary regulator. What matters is that the hose's working pressure sits comfortably above the effective system pressure, with an adequate safety margin to burst pressure. State the pressure at the point of use in your request.
There is no universal expiry date: service life depends on usage frequency, storage conditions and mechanical load. A periodic visual inspection for cracks, discolouration, damage to the outer cover or play in the coupling is the practical approach. When in doubt, replacing it is the safest choice.
We assemble the exact length and coupling combination your installation needs.
